Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.




 

Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. TRUE ROOTZ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

☀️ Warm Weather Shipping

Some TRUE ROOTZ products, including our handcrafted body butters and hair butters, are made with natural butters and botanical oils that may soften or melt during periods of warm weather.

​

To help reduce transit time, we recommend selecting Expedited Shipping whenever possible.

If your butter arrives softened, this is completely normal and does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Simply place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes or allow it to cool at room temperature until it returns to its normal consistency.

While we carefully package every order, we cannot guarantee that butter-based products will not soften or melt during shipping during periods of high temperatures.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
